1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SaaS Gateway payment gateway API, dashboard, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SaaS Gateway provides a robust API and dashboard infrastructure that allows businesses (Merchants) to generate dynamic QR codes and accept payments directly into their respective bank accounts via UPI and other supported methods. We act purely as a technology provider and do not hold or settle funds directly.

3. Merchant Obligations

  • You must provide accurate business information and valid payout credentials (e.g., Merchant ID, UPI ID).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products or services you sell are legal and compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You agree not to use our API for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or selling prohibited items.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API Secret Keys secure. Do not share them publicly.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

Use of our premium features (such as API access and Webhooks) requires an active subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with prior notice to you.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any action that may harm our infrastructure or reputation. You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaaS Gateway, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
